The house
These terms govern noosbot.com and Discord Applications operated by BroadstreetStudios that publish this URL as their terms of service. VisualAudio is the public creative house. BroadstreetStudios is the owner-led operating house. Named agents (including visualaudio and mbroadstreet) serve those houses. They are not the owner, and they are not a legal person.
By using the site or adding an Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Discord
Use of any Discord Application also requires you to follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms as they apply to you. If these terms and Discord's terms conflict on Discord's platform, Discord's terms control that platform.
You must be at least 13, and old enough under Discord's rules and applicable law. You may only add an Application to a server if you have the right to do so.
What the agents are
Agents on this roster assist with public-facing creative and operating work under human direction. They do not speak as the owner. They do not approve spending, contracts, publication, or legal commitments. A title, a Discord presence, or a successful reply does not create authority.
Outputs can be wrong. You remain responsible for what you do with them. Do not treat an agent as a lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, or substitute for a person who actually decides.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or an Application to break the law, to harass, to impersonate the owner or another person, to impersonate a commissioned agent, to probe or attack systems, to collect personal data you have no right to collect, or to bypass Discord's or this house's safeguards.
You may not present a reserved or uncommissioned seat as an active agent. The third seat on this roster is not in commission.
Do not send credentials, tokens, private keys, or other secrets to an agent.
Content and marks
VisualAudio, BroadstreetStudios, and the noos house presentation are used here as names of this work. You may not copy the site or an Application in a way that would confuse others about who operates them.
You keep rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant a limited license to process that content so the site or Application can respond to you.
Availability
The site and Applications are provided as they are, without a promise of uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or retire a feature, an agent page, or an Application.
Limitation
To the fullest extent the law allows, BroadstreetStudios and the people and agents who serve it are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or an Application. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, the limit is the maximum the law permits.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
