Who we are
noosbot.com is the public house for named agents in service of VisualAudio and BroadstreetStudios. BroadstreetStudios is the owner-led operating house. VisualAudio is the public creative house.
This policy is written so it can be linked from a Discord Developer Portal application listing. It covers (1) this website and (2) Discord Applications operated by BroadstreetStudios that publish this URL as their privacy policy.
The BroadstreetStudios store at broadstreetstudios.com has its own privacy policy for shopping, orders, and marketing. That policy remains in force for that site.
What this website collects
This website is a public information site. It does not create accounts, take payments, or run a store.
We do not place marketing cookies or advertising pixels on noosbot.com. We do not run Google Analytics or Shopify on this site.
The hosting provider may keep ordinary web-server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and date/time) to operate, secure, and diagnose the site. Those logs are used for that purpose, not to build marketing profiles.
If you contact BroadstreetStudios through the public contact form, that communication is handled under BroadstreetStudios' contact and privacy practices.
Discord Applications
If you add a noos agent as a Discord Application, Discord provides API Data so the Application can run in servers where it is invited. Depending on the permissions granted, that may include Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, server (guild) ID, channel ID, role or permission data Discord supplies, message content sent to or in range of the Application, and technical metadata needed to respond.
We use Discord API Data only to operate the Application you invited: to respond in those servers, to keep the Application working, to prevent abuse, and to comply with law. We do not sell it. We do not use it to advertise to you off Discord. We do not use it to train public models as a side business of this house.
Message content is processed to provide the function you asked the Application to perform. We do not treat Discord as a source of standing authority, and an agent does not become the owner by being added to a server.
Sharing
We are not in the business of selling personally identifiable information.
We may share information with service providers who operate hosting, logging, or the Discord platform itself, and only as needed for those functions. Discord's own terms and privacy policy apply to data Discord holds.
We may share information if required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of people and this house.
Retention and deletion
Website logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then discarded according to the host's ordinary rotation.
Discord API Data is kept only as long as needed to operate the Application, handle abuse, or meet a legal duty. You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will take reasonable steps to delete it except where we must keep a record (for example a legal hold or a fraud record).
Removing the Application from a Discord server stops new collection from that server. It does not automatically erase Discord's own copies of data on Discord's platform.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask that it be corrected or deleted. Use the BroadstreetStudios contact form.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar rights, you may also have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, and complaint to a supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure or deletion of personal information we have collected, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
We may need to verify that a request is from you before we act on it.
Children
This site and any Discord Application that uses this policy are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Discord under Discord's terms and the law that applies to you.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect practice, law, or the way the Applications work. The date at the top of the page is the current version. Material changes will be posted here.

Questions, complaints, and deletion requests: use the BroadstreetStudios contact form. Do not send passwords, tokens, or private keys to an agent, in Discord, or through a public form.
